OUR PRACTICES

Each day at El Santuario flows through a sacred rhythm of mindful movement, breath, and stillness. Our offerings weave together traditional yoga with a teacher from India, along with deep rest, and classes that include healing resonance of sound. Every practice is guided with love and intention to bring you home to your heart.

Throughout your stay, nourishing vegetarian meals prepared with love support your healing from the inside out. The days unfold at an unhurried pace - allowing space for rest, reflection, and connection with the natural world. Whether you’re journaling under the trees, jumping in the stream for a cold dip, enjoying the sauna, or simply sitting in silence, you’ll feel supported by the soothing energy of this sacred land.

Evenings bring time for integration gentle sound journeys, candlelit meditations, or sharing heartfelt moments in community.
