GETTING HERE

As we are located in the mountains outside of town, we only allow check-ins until 6pm.

ARRIVAL

We are located around 1.5 hours from Medellin International Airport and 2 hours from Medellin City (el Poblado). We recommend that you arrive at least a day before your retreat and stay in the nearby town of Guatapé to acclimate.

We are happy to help you with an airport transfer from Medellin International Airport or a pick-up from Guatape.

Check-out: 11:00 am

HOW TO GET HERE

We have private drivers that we can connect you with whether you’re coming from the airport or Medellin.
We do not recommend coming here by Uber because the place is a little difficult to find.
We have no parking space.
The road to Guatape (the nearest town) sometimes gets very busy on holidays or due to accidents. We recommend you arrive a day before in town or take a ride early in the morning from Medellin.
Please note that due to its hillside location, the retreat may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
